Early prototypes are about learning quickly: fit, access, geometry, interfaces and function. Once the requirement is proven, the sensible manufacturing route may change as quantity, material, tolerance, finish and cost become more important.

RSBSE can manage that progression rather than forcing the whole job through a single process.

Development route

1. Prototype

Produce the quickest sensible version to test geometry, fit, access or function.

2. Refine

Use what was learned to correct dimensions, interfaces, materials or design details.

3. Validate

Confirm the part is suitable for its intended duty before repeat production.

4. Repeat

Choose an appropriate repeatable route for the required quantity and specification.

Process can change

Additive first. CNC or another process later.

A printed prototype may be ideal for rapid development but inappropriate for the final duty. Where needed, RSBSE can move the matured design into CNC machining, specialist manufacturing or another managed production route.

Engineering continuity

Keep the requirement attached to the part.

Geometry, drawings, material, tolerances and lessons from the prototype stage are carried forward so the production quote is based on the actual engineering requirement rather than just a file with no context.
